「匯·合｜三江未來城」臺(tái)州三江口區(qū)域概念規(guī)劃及核心區(qū)城市設(shè)計(jì)國際競(jìng)賽自2024年4月2日發(fā)布正式公告，至4月30日12:00報(bào)名截止，組委會(huì)官網(wǎng)共收到了70次以上注冊(cè)報(bào)名。最終提交概念提案及報(bào)名文件的報(bào)名單位共計(jì)32組，其中有效報(bào)名單位數(shù)量為31組。其中：聯(lián)合體報(bào)名單位數(shù)量為29組；獨(dú)立法人報(bào)名單位數(shù)量為2組。據(jù)統(tǒng)計(jì)，報(bào)名單位主要以聯(lián)合體報(bào)名為主，來自中國、德國、荷蘭、美國、澳大利亞、日本、新加坡、法國、英國、瑞典等多個(gè)國家。
From the official announcement of 「HE | SANJIANG FUTURE CITY」 Taizhou Sanjiangkou Region Conceptual Planning and Core Area Urban Design International Competition on April 2, 2024 to the registration deadline 12:00 on April 30, more than 70 registrations were received on the organizing committee's website. A total of 32 applicant units submitted concept proposals and registration documents, of which 31 applicant units are valid. There are 29 applicant units from consortiums; 2 applicant units from independent legal entities. According to statistics, the applicant units were mainly consortiums and came from China, Germany, the Netherlands, the United States, Australia, Japan, Singapore, France, the United Kingdom, Sweden and other countries.
2024年5月8日，「匯·合｜三江未來城」臺(tái)州三江口區(qū)域概念規(guī)劃及核心區(qū)城市設(shè)計(jì)國際競(jìng)賽預(yù)審會(huì)在臺(tái)州開投溫德姆酒店會(huì)議中心召開，經(jīng)過4個(gè)小時(shí)的仔細(xì)審閱、討論及慎重評(píng)選，5組報(bào)名單位脫穎而出，入圍第二輪正式方案編制階段。
On May 8, 2024, the pre-screening meeting of the 「HE | SANJIANG FUTURE CITY」 Taizhou Sanjiangkou Region Conceptual Planning and Core Area Urban Design International Competition was held at Conference Center of Taizhou Kaitou Wyndham Hotel. After 4 hours of careful review, discussion, and deliberate selection, 5 applicant units were selected and shortlisted for the second round of formal proposal preparation stage.
01 預(yù)審會(huì)流程01 Pre-qualification Review
本次競(jìng)賽的預(yù)審評(píng)委組由5位規(guī)劃、建筑領(lǐng)域的專家及主辦單位代表組成，分別是呂斌先生、黃亞平先生、沈國強(qiáng)先生、俞斯佳先生、夏海鸰女士。
The pre-judging panel of the competition consisted of five experts in the field of urban planning and architecture design and government representatives, namely Mr. Lv Bin, Mr. Huang Yapin, Mr. Shen Guoqiang, Mr. Yu Sijia and Ms. Xia Hailing.

預(yù)審過程中，評(píng)委們遵循預(yù)審評(píng)審規(guī)則，充分審閱所有報(bào)名材料，并進(jìn)行了多輪審慎投票和打分；第一輪概念提案評(píng)審采用暗標(biāo)形式，第二輪概念提案及報(bào)名文件評(píng)審采用明標(biāo)形式，在公證處的全程監(jiān)督下，唱票員、統(tǒng)分員對(duì)評(píng)委的投票和評(píng)分結(jié)果進(jìn)行如實(shí)記錄和仔細(xì)統(tǒng)計(jì)。
During the pre-qualification review, the judges followed the pre-qualification review rules, fully reviewed all application materials, and conducted several rounds of voting and scoring prudently; blind bid and open bid was adopted in the review of conceptual proposals, and under the on-site supervision, the tellers and scorers truthfully checked the judges' voting and scoring results.

The first phase of the「HE | SANJIANG FUTURE CITY」 Taizhou Sanjiangkou Region Conceptual Planning and Core Area Urban Design International Competition has officially ended and the second phase will be opened soon. The site visit will be held in Taizhou on May 17, 2024, and all shortlisted units are invited to attend the site visit.

競(jìng)賽最終紙質(zhì)成果及電子成果提交截止時(shí)間為2024年7月29日(暫定)，并通過抽簽確定匯報(bào)順序。2024年8月1日（暫定）將舉行競(jìng)賽最終成果評(píng)審會(huì)。
The deadline for submission of the final paper and electronic results is July 29, 2024 (tentative), and the order of presentation will be determined by lottery. The Competition program evaluation meeting will be held on August 1, 2024 (tentative).
